Croatia is known for its numerous islands and we love them all :-)
But, the most special and beautiful to us is island Vis where our apartments are located and we welcome our guests for more than 25 years.
Island Vis is located just in the centre of the Croatian Adriatic Sea, in Split-Dalmatian County - further from the coast than most of the islands but therefore also known for its immaculately clean sea and well-preserved natural beauties – caves, beaches, hill tops... as well as for great fish and local wines. Local centres on the island are small towns Vis and Komiza where you can find all the amenities you might need during your stay. Town Vis is connected with Split with daily ferry and catamaran lines.
Except the two small towns on the island – there are also numerous interesting smaller villages in the inner part of the island and its shore that you can enjoy your vacation in. One of them is village Rukavac where Apartments Carmen are located and we would love you to visit! Rukavac is situated on the south-east part of the island, only 9 km from town Vis and 16 km from town Komiza.
Apartment house Carmen is just 30 m from the sea and small port and consists of 3 apartments of different sizes – each accommodating from 2 to 6 people. Each apartment is well-equipped; they all have terraces, separate entrances & exits and parking spots for our guests.
